Disgorged 1988
Utterly divine nose. Nutty, caramel, oyster shell. There is this insane primary element to it with blackcurrants and blueberry still present.

The first sip is just insane...orange peel, toffee, salted caramel and toast. The palate follows so well creating this perfect link coating every miniscule dot of your mouth. Wow. Just proper wow. The lift on the mid to late is incredible.

Mouthwatering.
The mousse is magical, it leaves this beautiful little tingle on the tongue on the mid to late. The finish, an inspirational crisp and dry affair. Dried orange peel, honey and this dusting of salt and cinnamon.

This is proper epic and one of the great old Grande Cuvee. Merry Christmas everyone!
